My History
Several years ago I experienced the loss of a precious nephew and father-in-law. To bring comfort to our family I created teddy bears and other items from clothing they had worn. With the support of family and friends I began Remember Me Bear™ as an outreach to bring healing to those who were experiencing their own grief. My desire is to help others not only through their grieving process, but to celebrate joyous occasions as well, such as new births, weddings, graduations and other special events.
Remember Me Bear™ offers stuffed bears and other items such as pillows, dogs, rabbits or snowman that are made from a special person’s item of clothing. Each item is custom made with that person in mind and is as individual as the one it represents and includes a special poem of remembrance attached to the back. Remember Me Bear™ is dedicated to the glory of our Heavenly Father and the the memory of those who lived among us and now rest in His care.
